1. Order Processing
All orders placed through our Sensors and Gauges Store are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Custom or bulk orders—such as load cells, industrial sensors, and gauges—may require additional handling time depending on stock availability or manufacturing requirements.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We deliver across all Australian states and territories using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, TNT, and StarTrack.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Freight for Heavy Equipment: Quoted separately based on weight, size, and delivery location
All shipments include tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide, including New Zealand, the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
You can also log in to your Sands Industries account to view your order history and shipment updates.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather events, or supply chain issues.
We’ll notify you promptly if your order is affected and provide alternative options or updates.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.
All claims for lost or damaged items are investigated with the courier and resolved as quickly as possible.
7. Freight and Bulk Orders
For industrial bulk orders or pallet shipments, please contact our logistics team directly for a custom freight quote.
We handle all logistics through our 3PL and fulfilment partners to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
