Tension Load Cell
A tension load cell is a type of force sensor designed specifically to measure tensile force (pulling force). It typically uses strain gauge technology to detect small deformations in the load cell body when tension is applied.
When a load pulls on the sensor, the metal structure stretches slightly. Strain gauges attached to the sensor detect this deformation and convert it into an electrical signal proportional to the applied force.
